Set a WIP limit, a list color, and more

Each list on a board has a menu with its settings. Editors and managers see it. Choose … in the list header to open it.
WIP limit
A work-in-progress (WIP) limit says how many tasks a list should hold at most.
- Choose Set WIP limit (box 1).
- Enter a number and choose Save.
- The list header now shows the count against the limit, such as
7 / 5. Above the limit the numbers turn amber.
The limit only warns. Kanroo never blocks a move. Remove in the same popover takes the limit away.
Color
Choose Color (box 2) and pick one of ten colors. The color marks the list on the board and on the public board.
Archive all tasks
Archive all tasks (box 3) clears a full list in one step, for example the done list at the end of a sprint. Kanroo asks first. Archived tasks leave the board, but you can find and restore them, see Archive and restore.
Other items
- Add task creates a task in this list.
- Rename list changes the name.
- Mark as done list makes it the done list (managers only).
- Reorder moves the list left or right without drag and drop. Dragging the list header works too.
- Delete list removes the list and its tasks. Kanroo asks first.
To add a list, press Shift+L on the board.
