Kanroo includes the wiki, SSO, forms and recurring tasks on every plan, Free included. Plane puts the Workspace Wiki on Pro, and SSO, intake forms and recurring items on Business.
Processed in the EU
Kanroo hosts and processes workspace data in the EU, with two European sub-processors. Plane is a US company; its privacy policy says personal data may be processed in the US.
No AI credits
Kanroo has no built-in AI and no credit model. Connect your own agent through MCP, on every plan.
When Plane is the better choice
- You want a broad suite with cycles, modules, epics, initiatives and Gantt.
- Up to 12 people want to start free. Kanroo Free is for one person.
- You need mobile apps.
